Customised yoga sessions based on individual needs and preferences. Class styles can be combination of Hatha, Vinyasa/flow, Yin, Restorative. Incorporating traditional Pranayama methods and Meditation techniques such as Cyclic Meditation, Mind Sound Resonance Technique, Pranic Energization Technique.
Classes also cater for chronic pain and health challenges using specific Yoga Therapy sequences and accupressure methods to improve metabolism and energy level, relieve pain and tension. Sessions can be customized for individual private, small group, or corporate and events.
Holistic Wellness Coaching
Using traditional Yoga and Ayurveda methods to promote holistic health and wellness, encompassing diet, lifestyle, herbs, cleansing and rejuvenation techniques, along with the application of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation. Clients will be equipped with a solid understanding of their health conditions from a Yoga and Ayurveda perspective and be empowered to apply the knowledge into all aspects of their daily lives.
Coaching session can be combined with Private & Group Yoga for a well-rounded experience.
